Privacy Policy

Snake: Poker is provided by Torey Li. The developer does not operate a server that collects your in-game personal information, and does not sell your personal information. The app does not use tracking, analytics, advertising identifiers, or advertising services.

Your nickname, settings, game history, personal bests, and daily free-round usage are stored locally on your device. The game can be played offline and does not upload your game records to a developer-operated server. No game account is required. Your default nickname is generated locally and can be changed in Settings; Snake: Poker does not use Game Center for nicknames, scores, or achievements.

Unlimited Play and the optional Buy Me a Coffee tip are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app uses verified transaction and entitlement information to confirm purchases and determine whether Unlimited Play is available. The developer does not receive your payment card details. Buying and restoring purchases require a connection to Apple’s services.

The app may connect to Apple’s time service. This request does not contain your nickname or game records. As with any network request, the service receives connection information such as your IP address.

Apple’s purchase and time services are subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy. Unlimited Play entitlements are managed through Apple; local game records are not synchronized across devices by the developer.

Snake: Poker does not request access to your camera, photo library, contacts, or location. Removing the app removes its locally stored app data, subject to any device backups managed by you or Apple. Removing local data does not cancel or erase your App Store purchase history.
